If you wish to request a return or exchange after the delivery person has left, please submit a return/exchange request via our website or contact us with your order details. Our support team will respond promptly. It may take up to 7 days processing the return and exchange.

Note that if the delivery boy has already left, re-delivery charges may apply for returns or exchanges.
