Welcome to Omega Mart! We are excited to have you as a vendor on our e-commerce platform. These Vendor Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your registration and use of our services as a vendor on Omega Mart. By registering as a vendor, you agree to comply with these Terms. - Vendor Registration:
- To become a vendor on Omega Mart, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your business.
- You must be legally authorized to sell the products or services you offer through our platform.
- Product Listings:
- As a vendor, you are responsible for creating accurate and informative product listings, including detailed descriptions, images, pricing, and other relevant information.
- You must ensure that your product listings comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and our policies.
- Order Fulfillment:
- You are responsible for fulfilling orders placed by customers in a timely manner and ensuring that the products are delivered according to the specified shipping and delivery terms.
- You must provide accurate tracking information for each order and promptly update the order status on our platform.
- Customer Service:
- You are responsible for providing excellent customer service, including promptly responding to customer inquiries, addressing concerns or complaints, and handling returns or exchanges in accordance with our policies.
- Pricing and Payments:
- You have the discretion to set the prices for your products or services, but you must ensure that your pricing is fair and transparent.
- Omega Mart will collect payments from customers on your behalf and remit the proceeds to you after deducting any applicable fees or commissions.
- Compliance with Laws:
- As a vendor, you must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including those related to product safety, labeling, intellectual property rights, and consumer protection.
- Intellectual Property:
- You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to sell the products or services you offer through our platform and that your listings do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.
- You grant Omega Mart a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote your product listings on our platform.
- Termination:
- Omega Mart reserves the right to suspend or terminate your vendor account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in any conduct that we deem harmful to our platform or reputation.
- Modification of Terms:
- We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
- Governing Law:
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
By registering as a vendor on Omega Mart, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any other policies or guidelines referenced herein.
